There seems to be an issue with FireFox 3.x.x and downloading the purchased files.

Solution:

The solution is to use a different browser.  Many customers have reported that they switched to the Chrome browser and were able to download just fine.  If you are on a Mac then use Safari or one of the other browsers to download the packages.
