If  the amazon URL you generated when creating the amazon store using the provided instructions

will come up the mistake is that you didn't upload the files in BINARY mode.

Maybe you used the "automatic" setup at your FTP program or ASCII mode and then you only receive

a blank page when you test your installed site.

Please remove all files again from the server and re-upload them using the correct BINARY mode

at your FTP program
