When youcreated your Amazon store and typed in your own details into the setting.php file as described in the instructions it can happen that after uploading all files you only see the header and a grey background colorinstead of your created Amazon store.

This can happen if  either your text editor you used made the settings.php file corrupt or it happened while uploading the file. I strongly recommend to use a text editor like Notetab Light which you can download for free  at

or reinstall the one you used.

Also make sure that you use BINARY mode when you upload the files. Remember some FTP programs upload php files in ASCII mode if you set the upload mode to \\\"Automatic\\\" too so you have to make sure that you set php files to binary mode.
