This error is due to one of the following.
#1 The spaces in the file name

Needs to be
HowtoPairCigarsandAlcohol.txt
or
How-to-Pair-Cigars-and-Alcohol.txt
The same hold true if you upload text files into a folder that has
spaces in the name of the folder.
Get rid of the spaces and the problem will likely be solved.
#2 If the error looks like this and includes the
"Connection refused" error
