Question : Download problem of ZIP files
Answer :

If you are using any version of Internet Explorer it happens that when you try to exchange points or download any of the free bonus products that the downlooaded zip file is empty or you see a new page opening with error sysmbols.

Even the link inside the email which is automatically sent to members with the download link isn't working if you have setup and version of IE as standard.

At the moment  you only can use the members area for downloading ZIP files (HTML files are working fine) in any FireFox browser until the programmer has fixed this problem. He is already working on it and as soon as it is fixed I will remove this entry in my knowledge base.

Sorry for this problem but those bugs can happen with new scripts if you don't test everything in all available browsers.
